Construction Site Supervisor
Responsible for all assigned job-site construction field operations, including supervision of volunteers; implementation of safety guidelines; house construction site management; materials acquisition and management; overseeing sub-contractors and coordinate inspections; implementation of environmental and energy efficient building practices; implementation of accessible building practices; quality control supervision of all construction; building of homes on-time and within budget.  Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.  Fax inquiry to (205) 780-1800 or Email .  
  
Part Time Outlet Store Associates  
Duties may include unloading/stocking and pricing merchandise, customer assistance, general store maintenance and operating cash register.  Apply at the Outlet Store 7952 Crestwood Boulevard (Directions) or Email.  Retail experience preferred.  Up to $8/hour.

AmeriCorps* Members
Construction Crew Leaders (5 positions available)
Members serve in all aspects of new house construction and home repairs in an effort to eliminating substandard housing. Learn construction skills and lead volunteers and safety orientations. Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Members must have a high school diploma / GED, be a US citizen and be 18 years or older. Members receive an $11,100 living allowance, health insurance and educational award.  Apply today!

Volunteer Development Assistant (1 position available)  
Member will develop strategies for recruiting / retaining volunteers, seek out mission fairs and speaking engagements, develop ways to transition volunteers into donors, assist with volunteer coordination and photography.
