Dishwashers less than 5 years old and clean. All other appliances 10 years old or less. Please include owners manuals if you have them.

Must have doors, shelving, etc.

Doors

Doors in GOOD condition, with no holes, cracks, etc.

Electrical

Electrical parts, wire, plugs, plates and the hardware associated with electrical wiring.

Fans

Fans in good condition.

Flooring material

Carpet with NO stains or worn areas. Vinyl flooring with NO Scraps. Ceramic tile.

Hardware

Hardware for doors, cabinets, etc.

Lighting

Light fixtures in working condition.

Lumber • Plywood • Sheetrock • Trim

Full and1/2 sheets of plywood. Full lengths of lumber. Trim

Mirror • Glass

Mirror and glass accepted.

Paint • Wallcoverings

Full containers of latex paint.  NO toxic, hazardous substances, (i.e. pesticides, powders, paint thinners, or other chemicals). Wallpaper accepted.

Pipe • Pvc • Metal • Copper

All types of pipe, supplies and fittings.

Plumbing • TUBS • SINKS • SHOWERS

Tubs,showers, sinks and vanities in good condition and clean.

Roofing Material • Gutters

All types of roofing material such as rolled roofing material, tar, metal roofing, bundles of new shingles. Roofing gutter materials that are in full pieces and not rusted, bent or damaged.

Tools

All hand and power tools in working condition.

Windows • Screens

Accept DOUBLE PANE windows of all types if the glass is intact. Most windows will show use, even if they are newer. If they are casement type, we appreciate having the hardware and cranks.
